About Us

Who We Are

BaguaHome is written by a team raised on classical Chinese feng shui the living tradition, not the Westernized gloss. We grew up with the Luopan compass, the Eight Mansions method, and Flying Stars charts, and we read the classical texts in the original.

What We Do

We translate the spatial methodology of Chinese feng shui into adjustments a Western middle-class household can execute immediately: how to position your bed for deeper sleep, which way your desk should face for focus, what to place at the entryway so wealth does not drain away.

Why We Are Different

Most Western feng shui blogs give symbolic instructions: put a plant on the left of your door. We explain the underlying logic why a headboard against a bathroom wall disturbs sleep, the difference between the Eight Mansions and Flying Stars schools and when to apply each. This depth is what classical training provides.

Our Sources

Our recommendations are grounded in the classical canon, including Zhai San Yao (The Three Essentials of a Dwelling) and Ba Zhai Ming Jing (The Mirror of the Eight Mansions).
